Hello and Welcome! Hi...we’re Jeni and Lisa...sisters and best friends!

Lisa is a wife and mommy to seven (yes SEVEN) wonderful kids. Her youngest is only 8 months old, and more than anything, she wants to be able to stay home with her. Her husband is a wonderful man, and a kindergarten a teacher (he’s just a huge kid at heart, so it’s his dream job), and as honorable as that is, they just couldn't live on a teacher's salary.

I’m (Jeni) also a wife and mommy to two very active, wonderful boys! Four years ago, my hubby had to quit his job because of a mystery illness that the doctors STILL can’t figure out. While it’s been great to have him home, it’s very hard to raise our little family on his social security disability income. More than anything, we want the means to get him to the best doctors in the country, and get him well.

Both Lisa and I KNEW that there was a business out there that we could do from home – we just had to find it. So, we set of on our journey. We researched and between the two of us, tried so many great businesses. To name a few:

There are many more, I just lost track. While all these are GREAT companies that we REALLY believed in, we weren't able to make money in any of them.

Why? Simply because when it comes to telling people about my great business ventures, WE STINK! We were both losing friends by the bucket load because they were sick of us trying to recruit them. I’m sure other people are great at this and are now millionaires because of it, but I had to get it through my head that I’M JUST NOT GOOD AT RECRUITING PEOPLE!

There goes about 99% of work-at-home opportunities, huh? Sigh... (don’t you dare stop reading)

BUT THEN...

A few months ago, I found ITV Ventures. Lisa and I were both hesitant (obviously), but what caught our attention was that we wouldn't have to make calls, or recruit ANYONE! In the first two nights, we received (key word: received) NINE calls. Out of those nine, eight people bought the product, and two of them wanted to learn more about what we do.

It was amazing!!! we earned back my initial investment the first TWO NIGHTS!

BUT IT DOESN’T STOP THERE!

Four of those eight orders signed up for Order Assurance. That means that they will receive that same product month after month, and we will receive that commission, month after month. we don't even have to talk to them again.

Let’s just say that in one month, we sell $2000 in product (by people calling US, mind you), which is VERY easy to do. About $1500 of that will be repeat customers that receive their order automatically every month.

So then, the next month, if we sell $2000 in product again (very easy to do), We’ll have the commission from that $2000, PLUS the commission from the $1500 LAST month – And the pattern goes on and on!

That said, how sweet it is to make this statement, and believe it 1000%:

We both will have more than enough money to achieve our financial goals THIS YEAR!

And you can too. But we’re not going to beg, because we don’t have to. We’re going to and have more than enough money for our families whether you join or not. It’s your choice.

A crucial issue that is often left unaddressed in the excitement of signing up for a new business opportunity is whether the company will give you, on an ongoing basis, the sales materials and brochures to help you in selling their products. You also need to find out upfront what training program they will be providing to you, and whether you will have an experienced mentor to go to should any issues arise.

Product research is absolutely necessary. Is there a good sized market for them? Are they competitively priced? Are existing customers for the products happy with them? If the products are not of good quality, well-priced and sought after, no amount of effort on your part is likely to prove successful. Also, what about the company itself? Try to find out how many years they have been operating. Are they just getting off the ground or do they already have a large base of satisfied customers?

Of course you should carefully examine the compensation structure being offered. Is it feasible that you will be able to build a significant downline below you, to help you create a residual income? If the company's network marketing system has been around for a long periods of time, that may be good - or bad.

Good, as it shows a stable organization, but it could also be bad, for it might indicate that the business opportunity element of the business may be saturated . Try to speak with some other people who have recently joined up and see how they are making out.

Carefully review the contract they will be asking you to sign. Be very sure of the financial commitments you'll be making. Are there monthly payments required? Monthly minimum purchases of products? And importantly, if you or the company later terminates the contract, what are your obligations?

With a small amount of luck you should be able to find a network marketing business opportunity that meets all of the requirements we have addressed above. Focus on the most important points. Look for a company that gets you excited and whose products have a large base of potential customers; where you'll be given marketing and training advice as you need them; that offers a good compensation structure; that provides you a reasonable chance to build your downline; and where you won't be financially stressed.

Skills required if You Are Working Independently:
If you are working on your own without the help of a franchisor like ITV Ventures, you would have to undertake the entire task of setting up the business from the scratch. The first skill that would be required would be to learn to create an html web page. This is the most important step as it forms the base from where you would be launching your product and company image. Cha-Ching --- ITV Ventures Update!

Hi there! Just us again...The answering phones chicks! Just writing to update ya on this wonerful life! ITV Ventures is about answering phones for infomercials, and I gotta tell ya, IT'S SOOO EASY! We answer a call, take an order, get our commission. Badda-Boom! We're only in our 1st month, and are making enough to quit our other jobs/projects.

BUT...something's come up that's quite unexpected! When people call me, AFTER they place their order, we ask them if they're interested in answering phones (using this awesome script, of course) And guess what???? about 90% sign up right then and there!

This means $100 for me with EACH sign up, plus a % of every order THEY do!!
This blew me away! I had signed up 3 people WHO CALLED ME, without advertising one teeny bit! AMAZING!

Time Management and ITV Ventures: Prioritize Your Daily Actions

Many people have trouble fitting everything they would like to do into each day. Modern life can be pretty demanding when it comes to keeping up with our professional and personal commitments, never mind putting some hours aside for leisure time.

However, with a little forethought and a little structure you can make much better use of your time. The secret is to identify what really needs to be done in each day. If you look closely at how you spend your days you will probably find that there are many things that aren't really that important. You need to do whatever it takes to ensure that these never get in the way of the things that really need to be done.

So, at the beginning of each day or even the night before you need to sit down and think about what needs to be achieved from your day. I encourage you to write down the things that must be achieved and you could also make a list of things of lesser importance that maybe you would like to do, but aren't essential.

You need to prioritize the most important things you need to do and schedule them in as the first things you need to do in the day. This is a good idea for two reasons. First, it is good to get the important things done first. Second, you are likely to be more focused and energetic first thing in the day.

The important thing is that you do not allow any interruptions to get in the way of what really needs to be done. Once these tasks have been completed you can then think about other things you may want to do with your remaining time in a more relaxed manner.
